Important Information:

  • All points accrued with the current rewards program will transfer to uChoose Rewards automatically. Your points will be available on the new uChoose Rewards site around April 20th.
  • You will still accrue points for every eligible debit card transaction during the transition and until you register for the first time with uChoose.
  • The uChoose website will be available mid-April. At that point you will need to register in order to gain access to your new uChoose Rewards account.

What is uChoose Rewards®?
uChoose Rewards is a rewards program enabling you to earn points when you make purchases using your First Fidelity Bank debit card. 
 
How do I register for uChoose Rewards?
Visit the uChoose Rewards registration page and begin by entering the 16-digit card number for the debit card you wish to register. Then, complete the registration fields, create a username and password, then click Register.
 
When can I access the uChoose Rewards website?
You will be able to access the uChoose Rewards website beginning on March 28, 2022. You will need to create new login information the first time you log in.
 
How do I earn points?
You earn points simply by making qualifying purchases using your First Fidelity Bank debit card. You can earn even more points when you shop at the participating retailers featured on the uChoose Rewards site. For online purchases, be sure to click the "Show Now" button corresponding with a particular offer. You will be redirected to the retailer’s site and can proceed to shop as usual.

How many points do I earn per dollar?
You earn 1 reward point for every $3 you spend on signature-based purchases and 1 reward point for every $6 spent on PIN-based purchases.

Where can I earn points?
You earn points everywhere your card is accepted.

What can I redeem my points for?
You can redeem your points for event tickets, electronics, spa treatments, apparel, airline tickets, activity vouchers, and so much more. Browse the Redeem Points tab of the uChoose Rewards site to see all the options available to you.

When can I redeem my points?
It can take up to 60 days for your points to be credited to your account. In order to redeem your points, you must accumulate at least 2,500. Check the dashboard on the uChoose Rewards homepage to see if you're eligible for redemption.

I have a joint account. Can I have separate login information for each person on the account?
Yes, you can use each unique card number on the uChoose Rewards website to create a separate username and password. All cards associated with an account automatically earn points.

Where can I view my point activity?
Visit the My Rewards tab to view all the points you've recently earned and redeemed.

What if I shopped at a participating retailer, but my points are not showing up?
It can take up to 60 days for transactions to appear on the My Rewards tab. If points from a qualified transaction do not appear after 60 days, visit the Contact Us page to speak with a customer service representative.

When I redeem for a product, can I ship my redemption to an address other than the one FFB has on file for me?
Yes. You will have the opportunity to change the address for your redemptions as long as the address is located in the United States.

Can points be redeemed at the point of purchase or can they only be redeemed online?
You can only redeem points online from the Redeem Points tab of the uChoose Rewards site.

What will happen to my points if my card is lost or stolen?
If your card is lost or stolen and a replacement is issued, points will automatically be transferred to the new card. Once you receive your new card, you will need to re-register your new card on the uChoose Rewards website.

What happens if someone manages to get access to my uChoose Rewards username and password?
Every effort is made to authenticate uChoose Rewards participants. However, if you believe that you may have been the victim of fraud, you should immediately contact FFB at 1-800-299-7047.

How much does it cost to participate?
Nothing! Membership in uChoose Rewards is absolutely free for FFB clients.

Can I return my redemption merchandise? How?
Some redemption items can be returned, and some cannot. To understand the various redemption policies and processes, please log into your account and click the program Terms and Conditions link at the bottom of the uChoose Rewards homepage.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Visit the uChoose Rewards website and click the Password link. On the Reset Password page, enter your debit card’s 16-digit card number and click Next. Fill out the Security Verification fields and click Next. Then create your new password and click Reset Password.

I forgot my username. How do I reset it?
Visit the uChoose Rewards website and click the Username link. On the Forgot Username page, enter the email address you used when you initially registered your debit card then click Send Username. You’ll then need to confirm your email address. uChoose will then send an email to the registered email address with further instructions on how to reset your username.

How do I change my email address on my uChoose account?
Visit the uChoose Rewards website and click the My Account link on the My Account page in the Contact Preferences section. Once there, you can type a new email address in the email field and click Update Contact Preferences.

Can I keep my reward points if I return the merchandise for which I redeemed them?
No, once you redeem your points for merchandise or other rewards, the points are deducted from your account.

If I book travel arrangements, like a hotel or flight, when do I earn those points?
It may take up to 30 days after the actual hotel stay or travel takes place for the points to appear in your account. For example, if you purchase airline tickets 6 months in advance, you may not see those points in your account until 30 days after travel has taken place.

Will I earn reward points if I shop directly on a retailer’s website versus shopping at a retailer through the uChoose Rewards website?
No, you may only earn online shopping points if you access the retailer’s website via the uChoose website. This is because using the retailer’s link on the uChoose website is the only way to ensure that the retailer recognizes that you’re participating in the uChoose Rewards program and are eligible to earn points on the purchase.

What if I cancel or close my First Fidelity Bank account while I still have earned points that I’ve not redeemed?
Upon closing your First Fidelity Bank account, your enrollment in uChoose Rewards is canceled and you will not be able to earn or redeem points and will forfeit any unredeemed points.
