The Internal Audit Manager will direct and oversee the Internal Audit Program, functionally reporting to the Audit Committee and administratively, to the President. This position is responsible for executing the annual audit plan, leading staff, and providing independent assurance that the bank's internal controls, risk management processes, and governance procedures are effective and compliant.

The Customer Resolution Specialist (CRS) provides exceptional service in the Contact Center via phone and live chat. This role requires strong communication, critical thinking, and active listening to accurately assess client needs and recommend appropriate products/services. The CRS builds client trust and strong relationships by demonstrating empathy, patience, and taking full ownership to resolve high-volume inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

The Personal Banker focuses on building lasting client relationships and delivering exceptional service. Key responsibilities include resolving issues, proactively identifying financial needs, and providing thoughtful product/service solutions. Success requires actively profiling clients, seeking retail/small business lending opportunities, and driving cross-line-of-business referrals that benefit both the client and the Bank. Requires thorough product knowledge and a genuine drive for client solutions.
