Assistant Manager - Arizona

Under the direction and supervision of the Branch Manager or Market Manager, provides supervisory leadership to the branch while exemplifying the Bank’s Mission, Core Values and Golden Rules of Service.  Keeps Branch Manager/Market Manager informed at all times. The Electronic Banking Manager role is a working managerial position responsible for performing day-to-day Electronic Banking Department responsibilities while also supervising designated staff. Operational tasks include managing ATMs, online and mobile banking services, debit/credit card programs, electronic payment functions, and other electronic services as well as fraud prevention and mitigation.

Responsible for planning, directing, managing, and overseeing the activities and operations of the Information Technology (IT) department while assisting in the continual development and implementation of corporate IT strategy, the necessary infrastructure, backup systems and disaster recovery plan.  Responsible for administering the IT budget, physical facilities of the department, development and mentoring of the IT staff, able to transform business unit needs into technical solutions, and managing the operating budget for the department.

Plan, perform and complete assigned audits within the budgeted hours assigned.  Determine if the various departments and/or divisions of the Bank are following the policies and procedures approved by the Bank’s board of directors and management. Determine if the Bank is complying with Generally Accepted Accounting Standards in recording various transactions.

Loan Specialist - Tulsa

Works autonomously with minimal supervision to support the entire Commercial Banking Team by receiving, directing, and assisting clients and preparing correspondence, memos, and other loan documents. Assures compliance with regulatory requirements and the bank’s customer service standards. Must have a thorough understanding of most types of loans and other related requirements and be able to exercise discretion and independently act to meet those requirements. Gathers, compiles, and evaluates information and makes recommendations. Ensures that all documents necessary for the completion of a loan are received. Applicant must have thorough knowledge of all deposit and Treasury Management products, as well as all other services offered to Commercial clients.

Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will collect and analyze data and input from multiple external and internal sources and organize into actionable reports (utilizing Power BI and Excel) and/or informational tools. These analyses will include evaluation of cash flows, budgets, organizational efficiency, and performance effectiveness as well as credit portfolio risk monitoring and management. It will be incumbent on the Senior Financial Analyst to thoroughly understand the goals and desired outcomes of activity in order to develop the most appropriate and effective tools for the evaluation.
