What you need to know:

 
  • New cards were mailed to all cardholders, regardless of whether they are primary or secondary cardholders, prior to October 31, 2022. Please note: your credit card number and your expiration changed.
  • If you haven’t already received your new card, please contact Customer Service.
  • For security reasons, secondary cardholders and authorized users will have their own individual card number and Card Verification Value/Code (CVV/CVC – three-digit number on the back of the card) and each card will have its own expiration date.
  • Beginning Oct. 31st, you can make payments to your credit card through your FFB online banking. Choose your credit card from your list of accounts. Then choose the Credit Card Manager option. You can manage your card here! If you don’t have online banking, please contact Customer Service and they will be happy to help you get enrolled. See further instructions here.

Why am I receiving a new Credit Card?
First Fidelity Bank is upgrading all credit cards to new contactless cards which requires all clients to receive a new card.

Will I have a new Personal Identification Number (PIN) so I can access cash with my new credit card?
Yes. You will need to select your unique PIN when activating your new card by calling the number on the activation label.

My existing card does not expire for quite a while; can I continue using my existing card until expiration?
No. Your existing credit card will automatically be deactivated and will not work after October 30, 2022. Instructions will come with your new card to ensure it is ready to use beginning October 31, 2022.

For Consumer Clients: My spouse and I both have First Fidelity Bank credit cards; will my spouse be receiving a new card?
Yes, as a security feature, all cards being issued with this program will have a unique number and will arrive separately. However, you will continue to receive only one billing statement, regardless of the number of cards on the account.

For Business Clients: My business has multiple First Fidelity Bank credit cards. Will all cards arrive separately?
Yes, as a security feature, all cards being issued with this program will have a unique number and will arrive separately. However, you will continue to receive only one billing statement, regardless of the number of cards on the account.

What do I need to do if I have preauthorized or recurring payments that are tied to my existing First Fidelity Bank credit card?
To ensure there is no interruption with recurring or preauthorized payments (such as monthly utility bills, insurance payments, club dues, etc.) contact the merchant as soon as you activate your new card with the new card’s number and expiration date. Remember your existing credit card will no longer work after October 30, 2022.

I set-up my monthly Credit Card payment as an automatic recurring transfer through a bill pay service. Do I have to make any changes?
To ensure there is no interruption in automated payments, contact the provider of this service (i.e., another bank or bill pay service) by October 30, 2022, with your new card number and payment address: First Fidelity Bank, PO Box 2711, Omaha, NE 68103-2711

I had previously set up my automatic payments for my credit card bill. Will I need to change anything?
No. Your recurring payment set up will convert automatically. You do not need to set up anything new.
