What to expect when your business online banking is upgraded.
You will continue using GoBankFFB for personal account information.
Cash Management features will need to be completed in the GoBizFFB platform.
Your login ID will remain the same. You will need to reset your password to whatever you like and setup Two-Factor Authentication for your devices.
On Feb 21st, you will see a new drop down option on the ffb.com "Log In" button. Choose GoBizFFB to access the new login site for your business online banking.
All of your current payees will be transferred over
Your current list of account users and permissions will be moved over as well.
You will now have full control over your users' access and permissions.
You can view your accounts and move money via ACH, Wires, Transfers, etc., all in one place.
FAQs
What is different about the new platform?
GoBizFFB allows business owners (master admins) to easily manage their admins users/users, account access, limits, and more. GoBizFFB also allows for multi-entity management. (Note this feature is exclusive to business entities. Personal/consumer accounts are not eligible for multi-entity setup.) These features are not available in GoBankFFB. GoBizFFB provides enhanced security and fraud prevention features, streamlined money movement capabilities (ACH, Wires, etc.), and customizable reporting.
How much does this new platform cost?
We are waving the monthly platform fee for converted users until September 1st, 2024, so you will only pay for any additional treasury services you currently use: ACH Module, Wires, Positive Pay, etc. (New clients will pay the monthly platform fee beginning Feb 13th.)
Can a client stay on GoBankFFB?
Yes. You may still log in to the GoBankFFB platform to see your business account transaction activity, but you will not have access to the Cash Management functionality after your designated go-live date. Cash Management functions must be conducted in the GoBizFFB platform.
How does Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) work in GoBizFFB?
